Presentation

The aim of the specialty in Thoracic Surgery is to train specialists that will have medical and scientific knowledge in the field of pathophysiology, medical and diagnostic connected to respiratory diseases, heart, main blood vessels, mediastinum and chest wall with particular surgical interest. They will also focus on minimally invasive thoracic endoscopy, emergency surgery as well as on reconstructive surgery and lung transplantation.
